Terry has over 30 years experience in the Telco industry. He has worked with the US and State Governments in Senior Management roles and managed consulting engagements for Major Carriers, in addition to his work as a specialist in traffic engineering for LECs and CLECs across the US. Terry is an active contributor to the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) and the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) T1A1 committee. Terry earned his MS in Telecommunications Engineering and a BA in Business.

Glenn's experience includes conducting Federal & State Access Charge and Local Cost Studies to assess strategic forecasts, and consulting interexchange carriers on FCC and State tariff interpretations.

Isaac has about 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry specializing in supporting, administering and programming for triple play IP services and networks. He worked for 8 years at Canby Telecom on the team that managed their local copper and fiber broadband network, multi region ISP, and nationally award winning IPTV deployment (Fierce 15 IPTV Innovators 2007). His programming and data management work was used in the critical day to day operations from customer acquisition, to end user support, to back-end service provisioning.
